Community Autism Resources to hold grandparents brunch

SWANSEA — The Community Autism Resources of Swansea will be presenting its semi-annual Grandparents Brunch on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Waypoint Event Center at 185 MacArthur Drive in New Bedford.

Alyson Springer will be the guest speaker and will be discussing five strategies to support expressive language development for grandchildren with ASD. Springer graduated from Emerson College in 2009 with a master of science degree in communication disorders.

There is no charge to grandparents within the Community Autism Resources service area, but people are asked tp ore-register at the www.community-autism-resources.com website under the event section by noon of Nov. 1
