These are licensed supervised residential living options for adults with developmental disabilities. They are divided into levels of care from I to IV and as the rating level increases so does the level of support and supervision for residents residing in this type of residence. Homes without a level indicated are negotiated rate homes. Residents in these homes have significant behavioural, medical and/or physical needs and require care that exceeds the care that Level 4 homes are able to provide.
